The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long term capital growth by investing primarily in European smaller companies. The Investment Adviser will seek to achieve the investment objective of the Fund through exposure to equities either by direct investment or through the use of financial derivatives instruments linked to equities (CFDs or total return swaps, futures and embedded derivatives). The Investment Adviser may also use Foreign Exchange contracts (FX forwards) to hedge the portfolio or to adjust the Funds currency exposures.

The company was launched in 1995, was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1999, is headquartered in London and has a branch office in Luxembourg. We have six fund management teams investing in UK, European, Asian and Global equities and a seventh team managing Multi-Asset target risk portfolios.
